The Hotel Aaron was a clean and simple “no frills” property. Check in was smooth and easy. The air conditioning was great considering we were there in August when the temperatures were averaging 38-39 degrees C each day.

Disliked: Amenities
Hotel is not up to date condition. Italy standard may be *** but American standard is **. Staff is good…
Decent price but SMALL room/shower and the air conditioning didn't work right. Show up to breakfast at your scheduled appointment time or you'll be turned away.

Good morning, the room was small because you chose the BUDGET, so it costs less and is smaller, 140 cm bed.Air conditioning starts by law from 01/06, it is not our choice. There are 1 hour shifts for breakfast, being a small room we have to give space to all customers.
The morning staff were terrible! They were rude and rascist as well. Very inhospitable, treated us paying customers as if we were staying at the hotel for free!! Definitely do not recommend. The night staff girl was so very nice and helpful but the morning staff particularly jospheine was really horrible towards us. I don’t recommend this place if you are brown or dark skinned as the staff are very racist. They wouldn’t allow my mom in the breakfast area just to take hot water when she was told by the night staff that she could. The woman in the morning shift tried to create a commotion for no reason. It was a very terrible experience

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
The room was clean and the best thing was very near to the Venezia Mestre station.
The only thing that I would like to be improved is provision of a kettle , tea and coffee in the individual rooms.
They have a coffee machine but only allowed during breakfast!
Rest, we really loved the hotel😊
Easy to get in to Venice, just a few minutes walk from the station. A good range of value restaurants in the area. Pleasant helpful staff. Certainly to be considered as an alternative to staying in Venice itself.
Отель расположен в хорошем тихом месте недалеко от ж/д вокзала Местре, рядом супермаркет, кафе, автобусная остановка. Номер не очень большой.
Проблема в ванной комнате, после душа стоит вода
на полу.
I had the room with the twin mattress on the ground floor. I'm 6' tall and it was big enough for me. The room was nice, clean, safe and comfortable. But if there are people hanging out in the lobby (or reception has the TV on) you can hear everything.
The breakfast buffet was disappointing.
Good location to access the train station and airport bus.
Nice people working at the hotel but couldn't get past the mould ridden bathroom, flimsy pillows and sheets and temperature control on air con was way off. Yes it's 3 stars but I would say closer to 2. Spend an extra $10-15 and go somewhere else.
The room was very clean and spacious. The slightly old decor doesn’t bother me at all and I found it quite charming. The shower stopped working one night and one morning they told us the water would be off for 5 hours in the morning so that was rough. The breakfast cost extra which is a bummer. There are cute places just down the street you can go though. Overall, it’s way cheaper than staying in Venice. I’d stay again (if the water is on).

Dear Guest,
thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to know that you fancied the classical Venetian style decor of your room.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the interruption of tap water, unfortunately this was due to an emergency in the block that needed to be fixed as quickly as possible; we can ensure that in normal conditions the tap water is always running and you won't repeat the experience if you choose to visit us again :) Our choice about extra breakfast cost is oriented to keep our rates convenient and leave the choice to our guests; we hope you will choose to give it a try next time, the buffet is definetely worth the extra cost compared to other options in the neighborhood.
Kind Regards
We stayed at Hotel Aaron for 1 night so we could take the train into Venice for a day. We arrived at 10am so couldn't check in, but they have a baggage storage area which we used. The hotel is well priced for the area and breakfast was included. The room was clean and had just what we needed. The hotel is within walking distance to the station. I would recommend this hotel.
The only issue was that they turn off the air conditioning (reset) early in the morning, so you will wake up sweating. I complained about it and they told me they reset all A/C at 0730 AM.
