"Silvia and Ferdinando were excellent hosts. Silvia oriented us to the area and checked on tours. The property is a large garden with pool and outdoor kitchen for guests. The town is small and low key. You can walk to either beach entry. We ordered dinner at our host's Italian restaurant. Ferdinando cooked: it was wonderful. Three great courses. We were off season for whales so will try to come back to Dolce Uvita"

"This was a very unique property for us. It's part hostel part hotel. Our room was small but was fine. The staff was super nice and gave a tour of the property. We enjoyed the bar and the pool and we were within walking distance of a fabulous dining spot. "

"Most of the rooms were in a motel style block with no real view, but there are two balcony rooms overlooking the swimming pool, garden and hills which are the best. A fridge was supplied, along with crockery and utensils, a pod coffee machine and use of a shared kitchen. All rooms small with no hanging or storage space. "The rooms are basic, clean, and functional. The air conditioner was barely able to cool the room enough for daytime sleeping probably due to poor seals around the window and door.The shower was cold water only and was missing a shower head so water just poured out of an open pipe....functionally okay.
