"Desk personnel were helpful and accommodating. We took it for granted at the time, but now, after after another 12 days on the island, the best English prepared staff was here. I was really surprised how few people around the island spoke English, especially in the hospitality industry (it used to not be that way). In fact, I had another hotel down the street booked for our last night before departing and saw how clueless they were when I stopped in to ask about parking and shuttle services. I cancelled that reservation and booked our last night at Nahana instead. Felt more at home there, for some reason. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Staff was greeting us and giving us VIP access benefit which is very impressive. The room is nice , big and clean. The service of the hotel is the best part . Breakfast is nice , various choice. Top choice for staying in Okinawa!"
