« Make sure you don’t mess up on your dates. They will not refund you even if you reach out weeks ahead and when you arrive that you will be leaving early. Even a day early. The balconies are slim and can’t put a chair straight on the 6th floor but the view is incredible. It has character due to its age but they are updating it. Pool is not heated and whirlpool is mediocre. But the benefits of the area outweigh all the negative. Have stayed here multiple times without any problems. Lots of fun...

« Personnel accueillant et arrangeant.les appartements donnent sur une magnifique baie.le condo est situé à moins de 200 m d'une plage propre et bien fréquentée. Dans le placard nous avons découvert des chaises de plage et des cannes à pêche mises à disposition. Les pièces sont grandes et lumineuses. Le prix reste élevé surtout les week end. Pas de balcon ni terrasse mais un espace commun aménagé pour manger ou boire un verre près de la piscine. »

« We loved our stay here! It was clean, beautiful, and quiet. My husband and I and our 4 children (ages 2-11) fit comfortably. I was worried about the noise reviews but it was quiet despite them being completely booked. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much. Staff was friendly, grounds were clean. There was an option to get our placed cleaned once during our 3 night stay but couldn't fit into their scheduled, so it didn't happen but that was okay. « Yes, you read that right. This is the perfect property - at least it was for us and our vacation. The location was great - on the waterway meant plenty of bird and wildlife viewing, a block away from the grocery store was convenient, and a block and a half walk from the beach made it easy to go there for sunsets every evening. It was also close/a short drive to many of the activities we wanted to do. The Treasure Island beach is not as built up with high-rise condos/hotels as the nearby areas...

« It's a good place to stay. It's pretty small, about the size of a hotel room but it was big enough for the two of us. Had a couple of minor problems like there was a hole in one of the walls, and there was no coffee available like the listing said there would be. Also we had to ask for the beach towels that were supposed to be in the room. The view, the close beach, and the room's quietness made this a great stay, just not quite a 5 star perfect. »

« My family and I had a wonderful stay at Sunset Vistas! The location was great and we loved being right on the beach with access to an outdoor shower, splash pad, and pool. The parking was convenient with close proximity to the elevator. The unit was clean and had all the necessities that made our stay great. »

« Have stayed her before. Property is nice with a great location. The unit was clean unless you opened the utility closet. The dust was ridiculous and the air filter had not been changed in months! Elevator was out of service on the South side so getting to the room was a pretty long walk. Nice Pool area and Cafe. »

« Beautiful condo on the water in a quiet neighborhood. 5 minute walk from the beach and all the fun and food you can stand, pool, spa and a dock are icing on the cake. Highly recommended. The only slight blemish is the main bedroom, both my wife and i are tall and slim, the full bed is too small for us. A king bed would fit easily into the room. »
