« Condo bien situé. Belle vue sur l'océan. Plage plus tranquille que celle de South beach ( parfait pour nous ! ). Personnel de l'hôtel sympathique. Hôte disponible pour nos questions. »

« Communication avec le propeitaire était excellente.Très aidant et a même fait livrer des chaudrons, couteaux et linge pour la cuisine neuf. Au niveau de la propreté il y a place a amélioration.Il ma confirmer qu'il va s'en occuper dès notre départIl .La piscine était chaude et grande et la plage a proximité ce qui était excellent.les gens qui travail sur le site très chaleureux et efficace. »

« Hotel very good services. Excellent services de l'hotel. The unit condominium 2304.... (private owner) needs realy a big refrest painting. Le condo a besoin d'un important rafraichissement pour la peinture. The patio door curtain is dirty, a la cuisine il y a seulement un verre a vin ?, de plus the drinking plastic glasses are obsolete. La salle de bain, le rideau de douche est rouille a la partie supérieur et le pourtour du bain est a refaire !!! Regards. »

« Have been noticed about the renovation project of the building facade in advanced. It was frustrating that they have put blue plastic on the windows so no day light comes into the apartment. »

« We stayed at this condominium for 4 nights, we really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are big, the kitchen has everything you need, the beach is at walking distance, the beds are comfortable, communication with the host was excellent, the area feels safe and you have shops and restaurants nearby, the pool was fun. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Sunny Isles. »

« Beautiful beach, great location and wonderful condo with stores and restaurants in walking distance. Very friendly hotel staff in all departments and the condo owner was very accommodating and responded quickly when I had questions. »

« Property was clean and ideally situated, felt safe A bit noisy. Recycling bins were completly absent on the property which was a surprise for us. »
