Hilton properties have always been associated with comfort and luxury. This hotel offered neither. The room and public areas were in disrepair, with broken plumbing fixtures, broken lamps in the hallways and room, mold in the shower and peeling wallpaper throughout (yes, WALLPAPER in 2024!!!).
My reasons for selecting the hotel were two-fold: 1) it was in the same office complex as my company and 2) it was a "Hilton". Andrew at the front desk was quite pleasant and helpful and advised the hotel was undergoing renovations. However, when moved to a new room, the conditions were no better. For the daily rate, I expected more from a Hilton property. My advice? Book the downtown Marriott instead. More costly, but also a much nicer property.
