I pointed this out to the woman at the desk and she said it was saturday and that it was midnight. It was about 12:45 when the music stopped being pumped into my room. Neither the hotel, nore hotels.com would let me checkout with a refund (this was my first night). The shampoo in the bathroom had clearly been used before.
