« Hacienda Sayulita is an incredible experience! We were a group of 16 and none of us had ever stayed at a fantastic place like this before. The house staff were unbelievable- 3 meals per day, gourmet, were cooked and cleaned up. The house was cleaned daily. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and clean. « This is a super unique home overlooking Sayulita! I would suggest a golf cart rental is a must to go back and forth to town. The hills and turns up to the home are much easier with a golf cart than in a rental car. Bonnie does have space for parking two carts! As with many houses in the area, there are many stairs to the home and I'd suggest packing in bags that are easy to carry up steep stairs. « House and pools were amazing, beds super comfortable, layout of house perfect for adult couples. We hired a chef for two days, highly recommend. We rented golf carts to go to town, definitely too far to walk. It was so nice to not hear the nightlife noise until 4:00 am, but still enjoy all Sayulita has to offer. Location was peaceful without neighborly noise. Only sounds you’ll hear are the ocean waves breaking on the shoreline. Brief 15 minute walk into downtown, or do as we did and just rent a golf cart. « The house was wonderful and the photos accurate. Easy to communicate and gain entry when we arrived. Beds were comfy and water available always. We experiences a bit of septic smell, but this seemed to be more of a city problem then a house issue. Overall a great place. »

« We had an unfortunate incident of robbery while we were out on our first night. Regardless of the negative start, we are grateful for the prompt assistance of the hosts. Pre-arrival, the property manager helped booked 2 meals with an on-site chef & massages. Due to the robbery, we expressed no longer being able to afford the services. The hosts offered to cover them given the circumstances. Note we never asked them for a refund or money. The hosts brought us to the police & had the safes...

« This was a great first stay in Sayulita. The house is modern and clean (for Mexico standards), Luis the caretaker, is nice and helpful but not intrusive. We had excellent response and communication from Olivia. We were a group of 3 x 50-something year olds. One couple and a friend. « Everything was perfect right from the time we booked this hotel. Check in was seamless, staff is super friendly and the whole property is spotless. We had a family suite on the bottom floor and it was perfect, lots of room for our 3 young kids. « Tony was great from our initial contact to answering questions. walking distance to town and the beaches ( Florence is on the rd. to Playa Los Muertos). Good footwear is required because rds are cobblestone and the town is hilly. No need to rent a golfcart if you don't mind walking. »
