« We stayed 9 weeks. If you’re looking for perfection, this isn’t it—only because it shows some wear and tear. BUT it’s an absolutely lovely condo and so conveniently located to the beach. « Had both units for our family, plenty of room. Didn’t realize it’s a second unit and not a 2br. Estancia is nice, quiet pool, but plenty of activity next door at Villa Palmar. Food is mediocre, tequila selection lacking, but plenty of great options in Bucerias, short taxi or walk. La Comer, nice grocery and easy to get to and stock the kitchen. Rented bikes next door to property and went on a long ride, good bike & running path, about 4 miles. »
