Very clean, all the staff were lovely and very helpful, as were all the people in Sarajevo. Will definitely be back and we would definitely stay in this hotel again. Hotel very central ad the name suggests and can walk anywhere in the city. Brilliant stay and would definitely recommend "

"We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights . The location could not be better ! The old town with food and shopping were but a minute or so away. It is though located on a very busy road that has the tram running along it so it was very loud. The accommodation was a bit rougher around the edges than expected with some extra cleaning probably needed in some places but not bad for the price."
