« This was a nice condo with good indoor and outdoor space. Renovated but not high end. No central heat (some wall units in 2 bedrooms only) or air (but not uncommon in California). Nice outdoor upstairs patio and upstairs suite. Spacious bedrooms and overall well appointed. No dishwasher or water line hook up for ice maker or water dispenser. « My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Lynn’s townhome. It was very clean and well appointed. It has a small spiral staircase that leads to a loft with a very short ceiling that my husband used for working. The location is terrific…just 5 minutes from West Beach with numerous restaurants and shopping close by. Perfect for a couple on a Santa Barbara getaway! »

« We had a very nice stay. The spacious primary bedroom is upstairs near the kitchen/living spaces, while the two additional rooms are located downstairs. « My husband, 4 year old daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights. The main purpose was beach hopping - Carpinteria, Santa Claus, East Beach. This was a perfect middle ground! « The condo is just as pictured! It is really close to the Alice Keck Memorial Park which we enjoyed almost daily. « Brought mum here for Mother’s Day. The hole family (5 adults and 1 toddler) had a blast. The house has everything you could want, including foosball and a Pac-man arcade booth. The out door fire pit was a major plus. Bring your favorite foods and you’ll feel like you found your second home. »
