The property was in a very safe area. The staff was very helpful. The only problem we had was the airport shuttle did not show up to pick us up from the airport. We used Uber.

Room was a bit small hence only 4stars. Staff were more than just helpful arranging trips around Rome
Only issue was the bar on 7th floor is more of a restaurant and the bar downstairs is really not great and quite often closed. Everything else was great.
We booked two rooms for 1 night in Rome. Check-In was relatively smooth if not a little bit long winded. The hotel staff was quite pushy with us to add breakfast and transportation to airport both at additional costs onto our rooms which we declined at time of booking.
The rooms are quite small even for European standards, the washroom is almost as big as the useable area in the room. When we got to the rooms the phones did not work and the doors did not lock. We later found out it was because housekeeping unlocked the doors for easier access to the rooms but never locked them after that although it was a simple fix it was a bit concerning. One of our two rooms the windows didn’t close properly and all the street noise through the night was heard very loudly. One room had a smoke detector removed and the other room had a smoke detector that would blink a white strobe every couple of minutes or so. The only saving grace for the hotel is how convenient it is for using public transportation and to some of the sights. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and it is above Euclid metro station which makes getting around very simple.
Unfortunately the stay wasn’t what was expected of a Radisson hotel.

The hotel is quite lovely, and the staff was helpful and friendly.
I would definitely recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Rome, but only if you are okay with public transportation in a big city because the location is quite far from everything people would like to see and do in Rome. That being said, it is easily accessible by public transportation.
Very good location with excellent public transport connections, clean, well maintained and good service.
Breakfast was average, air conditioning wasn’t working properly for couple of days and room temperature was around 27C.
Hotel is conveniently located. And the staff are very nice and very helpful in terms of helping you find your way around Italy. Additionally, I needed an early check-in and he facilitated that quite well. I was checked in at 10 AM without any problem.

Nice hotel OUTSIDE the city. If not for a metro station and train, which would compare to new york in sketchiness, you would be a long way from sites.
Room was comfy but did need some cleaning.
Service was European, i.e., curt, expeditious, process oriented, and on to next person. Helpful if you pushed them to be and didn't give up until u got the information u needed.
Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. The room was lovely, very large but could have done with a little updating and the Air Con only worked on hot which wasn't great. (apparently it works on cold in the Summer) They did provide us with a fan. Breakfast and food throughout the hotel was First Class and the restaurant staff were also excellent. Overall 8.5/10 for this Hotel and would choose it again
The staff was exceptionally polite and attentive to any request. I found the rooms quite small but were very clean and recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable! The breakfast buffet options were more than satisfying.
The only downside was the distance from the major sites and the cost for taxi service got ridiculous after a while.
A very luxurious hotel in a very nice area with parks at walking distance.. if you drive there is a parking garage close by for a 20 euro per day .. very nice breakfast area situated in the lower part of the building.. the restaurant also was very well organized and an outstanding decor that creates a nice atmosphere.. I didn’t see the spa with hot tub because was off limits… but the exercise room was well equipped..

the property in being renovated so you can't do up and down the stairs without bumping into equipment, a hazard. My room had no hot water only luke warm at best, the shower drain was loose and it would not stay in place. there was a huge gap between the shower frame and the door so lots of water would spill out unto the floor, after repeated times asking the front desk to fix the issues nothing was done the 4 days we spent in the property nothing was done to fix the issues.

Clean hotel good location to see main sights in Rome - used taxis to visit attractions including Vatican City, Spanish Steps, Patheon etc.

The dining options were amazing and the food really, really good. Staff was friendly and accommodating to our every need. The only vital service missing was the Concierge to assist in arranging tours. An excessively obligated staff, however, admirably rose to the occasion. The hotel is located in an area with many dining options, boutiques for shopping and good public transportation.
