There was lots of very hot water. Room was clean. Advertised as a non smoking premises which was completely untrue! The parking lot had rows of chairs blocking the sidewalks and butts all over the ground with clusters of smokers hanging around everywhere. In the evening the hallway reeked of marijana and in the morning it stunk of cigarette smoke. Cannot recommend despite the clean room.

I had to stay up for more than 30 minutes to find someone to serve me. the room was horrible and there was a cigar smell in the room. I had to buy my own disinfectant to get through the night.

Tout simplement degeulasse! C’était insalubre, infiltration d’eau partout et moisissures, lit moisie et taché, trou dans la porte de salle de bain, pomme de douche non fonctionnelle, tape gris autour de la toilette qui coule, odeur noséabonde de cigarette même si la chambre était non fumeur. Non avons demandé a être changé de chambre mais c’était aussi pire.

A little removed from Quebec City's center and tourist areas but perfect location if you have a vehicle as it connects to all the roads that lead to points of interest. Plus the staff was very nice

Let's be clear out of the gate. This was a discount room, so you shouldn't expect it to equal the Marriott, but it had everything you'd get there; fridge, stove, sink, micro, plus iron, hair dryer, full size coffee maker and dishes. There were a few things needing minor attention. Very pleased and highly recommend when you're in Ottawa. 👍

This place is a dumb. It looks awful on the outside and even worse on the inside. It is attached to a karaoke bar, so it is loud and full of really drunk people. The hallways were full of debris and equipment, and everything was super beat up and poorly maintained. Inside the room, it's not the worst I've been in, but it was bad. There is a TV stand with no TV in it, and a hole punched in the back of the TV stand. All the furniture is extremely dated and there is a pull out couch with a blanket covering all the material. Presumably, it is completely scrapped underneath. Everything has been painted over, But for no good reason. Like they just did a really bad job. So there's paint on all the light switches, door, knobs, towels, and the top of the toilet tank. And the toilet tank, especially, would have been easy to scrape off the excess paint. But they just left it. It just looks so rundown. And to think I paid $119 to stay there for just six hours. They also charge you a $200 deposit fee upfront. I can't remember ever seeing this, they said it was normal. I said I travel a lot and I've never been charged a deposit. But they charge you for the room, and that is fine. Then they want you to pay a second time for the deposit. What is $200 going to even cover should there be damage? So I can damage the room at all they have to pay $200. No wonder it's such a dump. Oh, and I can't forget the coin operated adult movie connection box on the wall. It was defunct, but they left it up

The room did not feel clean and matter of fact, after looking around, I saw on the night table an old packaging of a snack bar. Then on the bed sheet, I found a small blood stain . Also the door does not lock from inside . Terrible place

I do not recommend this property to anyone. It is not clean. The room has insects. The door of toilet had issue and did not open well. One lump didn’t work in the room. There is not a kettle or coffee maker to make boils water for tee or coffee. The staff was terrible too. I waste my money and I do not recommend this property to anyone specially if you have kid.

The property was dirty. The room smelled musky and moldy. The a/c was not working and the fridge was broken. It was a true dive. We left and expedia won’t give us back our money.

the room smell bad...when i about to blowdry my hair the power was off..it tripped..theres no outlet for the old microwave you need to move it somewhere at the floor just to plugged it in...this is not a good place to stay..good thing we just stayed for 1 day and sleep...

I booked Hotel & Motel le Luxembourg and received confirmation notice. One day before the day I arrived the hotel manager called my cell and confirmed my reservation again. But when I drove 10 hours to get the hotel today they had no room for me. They made a story and showed me a cancellation letter said “guest canceled “. While I was talking to the receptionist they had a walk-in client and they sold him a room over $300 a night. The front desk and the manager or owner of the hotel are so badly treat the client. The environment looks not clean neither. I called the Expedia hotline to complain
