« Cette maison est incroyable. Située sur la mer, avec sa piscine, elle est formidablement décorée et est bien plus grande qu elle ne parait sur les photos. Rien ne manque, tout est prévu pour passer un excellent séjour. Communication très aisée avec Sabrina avant l arrivée et merci à Laëtitia, sa sœur, qui nous a très gentiment accueillies a notre arrivée. Si nous revenons à st Martin, c est ici que nous réserverons à nouveau. »

« Nous étions 5 adultes 1 ado et un bébé d’un an et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est parfaitement agencée, très bien équipée, en bord de mer, près de commerces et restaurants. A 5 minutes de l’aéroport grand case. A recommander les yeux fermés!!! »

« We enjoyed the beach and mountain views from the huge rooftop terrace. The side by side apartments worked out perfectly for our family since our children are older. The girls had one side and we took the other with our son. It was fantastic to have 4 bathrooms and 2 kitchens! Romario was so helpful and the Dawn Beach Club staff is amazing. The beach was beautiful and easy to get to but you definitely want to have a car. We would definitely stay again. »

« This was an excellent place to bring our family to ! The beautiful house was spacious with multiple bedrooms and a large living area. The outside space was also great with a really nice pool for adults and kids and lots of outdoor seating . There is also access to the beach! We really enjoyed our stay and the view was spectacular !! Eli was always available to answer questions and help to make our stay memorable ! »

« We thoroughly enjoyed this stay. Nada (the host) was spectacular. She made sure we had all we needed and that all our asks were handled within a day. The location was perfect. Away from the crowded city and traffic, very quite residential neighborhood, and the view of the ocean was what was needed by all of us. « On the water quiet area. Close to the main areas we wanted. Went out every day hit the places we wanted and only took a half a tank of gas for the week. Frank was great with any question. »

« What a lovely villa! The pics don't do it justice! The bedrooms and living room are much more spacious. The location in the community is perfect as far as privacy. The owners have thought of absolutely everything one might need. We even loved the beach compared to the few others we saw on the island. It wasn't super-wide which would make for a long walk, it was completely uncrowded - most days we were the only ones there, and the water was gorgeous. Also, watching the cruise ships come in and go...
