"First I was a bit put off because the property images suggest that the dorms are shared with less people and when I booked it didn't actually say how many to a dorm (it's 8 in mixed dorms). BUT, I'm so pleased I stayed here! The property is ideally located - 3 mins from the ADO bus station, 2 mins from collectivos to Chichen Itza, very close to great restaurants and the main town (but without the noise). "There's no running water in the shower, they lock you down for the nigth and until they wake up, I couldn't get out at 7am, the shower was dirty and they change the room price once I was there for a higher price! Terrible place to stay"

"I booked a single individual room and when I arrived they tried to trick me telling me it was actually a dorm but when they found out I knew spanish very well they decided to respect my single individual room reservation. It was only one night so it wasn't "convenient" for them but I am so thankfull they decided to respect my reservation and the young girl was nice but her mom gave me a look so horrific I would never look her way again."
