Definitely did not feel like 4 stars. The area did have a lot of bums around but we did not have any issues. We called a few times down stairs and the phone never was answered also the internet was horrible

I had reported an issue with the lamp above my desk twice. Nothing was done about it at all during my stay across a few nights. Otherwise, the property is very nice, clean, well taken care of. Rooms are beautiful. My room came with complimentary water and Nespresso pods. The body wash smelled very good. I had also reported an issue with how my body wash container was installed backwards making it difficult to use, and nothing was done to fix it either during my stay. Otherwise, the large screen TV and Chromecast option was brilliant.

Overall my stay was adequate and the staff were nice but that's about it. Unfortunately, my "premium double" didn't feel very premium. The air conditioning did not work properly and my double was two singles which usually works fine if housekeeping folds the sheets tightly under, this was not the case here. The cocktails I sampled on the roof left a lot to be desired, the balance was usually off, whether they're too sweet or not full to the brim or lacking ice. The food wasn't much better either, the chicken wings were a bit tough to chew. At one point the fire alarm went off for about 10 mins, after evacuation we had no power for about 3 hours or so. Luckily it was late morning so I went about my day and by the time I came back around 3/4pm everything was back to normal. I would not recommend this hotel nor would I return.

The bathroom smelled bad when I stepped in for the first time. I had to ask the staff to do something with it. The odder did disappear after that. In the next morning, I woke up just to find out that I had been sleeping with a bed sheet with big brown stains that look like somebody had a “accident” during their sleep.

Friendly staff & excellent breakfast buffet. Fairly cream overall but found a tablet of some sort on carpet in room! Not good and very unsafe! Only two tiny coffee pods and two tiny milk pods for two people and 3 teabags? Asked for extra milk and took it to room and took milk from breakfast to room to have had enough milk. Good service to get a taxi after stay.

We stayed here for one night, glad it was only one night. The room appeared clean upon entering. However, once we inspected the bed, we realized that the disposable mattress covered was probably used several times as there were hair strands embedded in it. The King bed had two twin mattresses together- uncomfortable. Not sure what detergent they used, but whatever it was, it gave me contact dermatitis, and I broke out in hives. The area around the hotel is super sketchy. I would NOT turn left outside the hotel at night.

THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. It is more like a hostel! Extremely unhappy with our stay. - mattress was extremely hard - the carpet outside our bathroom was constantly wet and have no idea why - would not allow us to check in early after an overnight flight I had asked about it weeks in advance - I had contacted them before our stay about a couple of questions, no response back - location area is really sketchy , or in my wife’s words, terrifying - Zero English options on the TV, no Netflix or anything - there were vomit stains on the carpet floor Will not be coming back!

Lovely spacious bedroom. Air-con, double glazing and blackout curtain all helpful for sleep. Large very comfortable bed. Walk in shower and useful things like kettle, coffee machine phone charging port and hairdryer. Room was cleaned daily. Breakfast in the rooftop restaurant was a treat. Great views.

The hotel was very nice especially the roof top. The staff at the front desk helped me a lot, super friendly. The only negative thing is the area around, the flee market was dangerous for me to walk by myself, I felt very unsafe ! But just inside the hotel everything was super !

The staff were so accomodating and helpful. The rooftop restaurant was lovely. The neighborhood is very cool—a lively mix of shops, restaurants, and street vendors. Monmartre is close to everything.

Efficient and friendly staff although the returnable security deposit was only mentioned during the check-in step. Room was spacious enough for myself and noise level was not an issue despite near the busy highway road. I did ask about whether AC was working or not as room seemed on a warmer side at first (Paris was largely warm during the weekend until the flash thunderstorm on Sunday night). Again, not major issue. Big issue was the closure of Line 4 metro for an extended period due to engineering work. Otherwise, it was a useful stay and would try the roof top bar next time.

The pictures make it look much nicer than it is. It wasn’t horrible, but not as good as we thought. There were coffee stains on the carpet and some bathroom tiles were falling off. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel. Nespresso coffee machines in the room were a nice touch but I would have liked a proper ceramic mug instead of plastic.

Good hotel with nice service. Rooftop bar is great with excellent views. On the flip side, hotel asked for extra money for 1-2 hours of late checkout. Also, we were pickpocketed at a train station near the hotel, so area doesn't seem to be very good or safe.

Great rooftop but not a great location
The hotel was clean and everything seemed new. The rooftop was absolutely amazing! The AC in the room did not seem to work well and the coffee machine did not either. The main problem for my daughter and I was the location. It was an over 10 min walk from the metro and is not in a nice area so we didn’t feel safe walking after dark. Montmartre area is about 25 min walk away but, again, not a walk you want to do in the dark because of the hotel's location. Because of this and the cost, I would not stay here again.

Great Hotel, Bad Area
The hotel is new and modern, very stylish and comfortable with great facilities. However as a first time solo traveller, I did not like the local area as it was often dirty and with a lot of hawkers on the nearby streets. I felt safe inside the hotel but didn't feel very comfortable walking around the area at night time.

Tres jolie studio avec un design sublime! Un peu déçu que les femmes de chambres tapent et ouvrent la porte au bout d’un court instant. Pas déçu après elles plus l’organisation qui devrait les avertir au moment du Check out.
