"Philippe was incredibly helpful on arrival and the house was just as described with everything you could possibly need. We particularly enjoyed the balconies. The village has a fantastic selection of bars and restaurants - we sampled many of them and we found every meal to be excellent. The coastline is beautiful and we wish that we’d had more time to explore. We hope to return again soon to see more."

"Everything we needed to be comfortable was included for our 7 day stay. We were able to cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen, do laundry, and sit inside or outdoor to eat meals. The Gite has been furnished tastefully and has two levels plus the lower terrace. Feeding the fish in the fountain pond on the terrace was our favorite thing to do besides touring the countryside villages. Our hosts were helpful and informed us of nearby supermarket/grocery locations. We hope to stay here again!"

The villa had aircon and roll down blinds which were brilliant in the 35-36c heat of August. "This is a great property! 15 minute walk to the downtown area and close to a metro. Metered street parking with an easy app. The kitchen has everything to make a meal which we appreciated as we were all restaurante out.there are some restaurants and grocery stores close by too! We ate all our meals in the garden. The apartment was clean with an easy check in and check out. The hosts are the sweetest they put together packets or restaurants and things to do with brochures! Highly recommend!"

"We spent a very long weekend (5 nights) in Port Vendres. The property has all necessary facilities, however it is quite tired and would benefit from a deep clean and re-decoration. Also, it is a pitty there is no view of the sea from the house, however a few seconds walk and the stunning views across to the jetty are all exposed. The house benefits from being a little out of the way with no passing traffic (pedestrian or car) hence very tranquil. The house is well placed for many stunning walks...
