« The property is located on Paradise Island and has good beach access. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is in great shape. Units have an exterior patio. The interiors appear to be1980's vintage with steel circular staircases to the next floor. There is a restaurant onsite but I don't believe it is owned or managed by Sunrise Beach. The food is ok but the service was slow, even by local standards. The furniture is utilitarian -- but all was in pretty good shape. This is not a "luxury"...

« Elvira’s condo is perfect for a trip to the Bahamas! It is very spacious, quiet at night, very clean and comfortable, and the grounds are excellent. « The pictures don’t do this condo justice. It looks a lot bigger when you walk in and the views of the ocean are unbelievable. We are a family of six kids ranging from 21-25 and everyone was comfortable with the arrangements. Estell is fantastic and incredibly helpful in every way. It’s very convenient to have Violas steps away. It’s an easy walk to the shops and restaurants in Atlantis. It was also very easy to get a cab to go into Nassau. Would definitely rent again. »

« It was a wonderful choice to rent that property. We are group of four travelled to the Bahamas first time. We rented the car and that condo on Yorkshire street. The location is great. Few beaches are nearby, 5-15 min drive. It is near downtown but not so noisy and crowded. The condo is clean, has everything we needed. The owner gave helpful instructions before we arrived. »

« We could not have chosen a better spot for our weeks vacation to celebrate a big milestone. The pictures do not show how spacious the home is. We were very comfortable, love the large leather sofa and both bed were great to sleep on. We cooked twice and found everything we needed. « We absolutely loved our stay with Maxine. She was attentive and the apartment had everything we needed. The area was busy and taxis were often available, but most of the attractions were at least a 20 to 30 minute walk. The area is also still apparently recovering from a 2019 hurricane and the pandemic, so it is a little unsightly. All things considered, this apartment was the perfect place to call home during our stay and made all the other struggles much more bearable. »
