We greatly appreciate the feedback and currently most of our tv's are 43-55in. There are very few of the 32 inches left in the bedrooms. Perhaps you stayed in one of those units? Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We hope to see you again.

We are so happy to see your first stay here was a great one! The parking deck can be tight, especially for larger vehicles. We do have an open lot available for parking that is located across the street as well. We are so glad you enjoyed your condo and that you were able to see the fireworks in Myrtle Beach. I apologize that your stay was less than excellent. We strive to make every guests experience a great one and address any issues as they arise when they are reported. This was a holiday weekend and the resort was full. If moving you had been an option we would have been happy to do so, but as explained at check-out there is a noise ordinance policy for the resort and it is strictly enforced by our security team between the hours of 10pm-8am. The guest was issued a warning after we were made aware, and no other issues were reported therefore after. We take all complaints seriously and do our best to ensure they are resolved quickly. We hope you will give Grand Atlantic another chance and we recommend booking one of our full condos as they are not attached rooms.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. Please know that we have a strict no smoking policy and that all reports of smoking are taken seriously. The front desk did offer to move you the night you checked in as this was the best option available for such a late arrival and we do not have housekeeping here after 11pm. Your room was inspected by the housekeeping manager the very next morning and although housekeeping could not find any evidence of this, they did treat the room as if there had been. After this occurred we had no further reports of the smoke smell. When you mentioned it at departure, management did state that we were happy to assist and that since you had declined to move and the issue taken care of the very next day that we could not apply a discount as all solutions had been declined. We take all complaints seriously and do our best to rectify any issues. We thank you for choosing the Grand Atlantic Resort.
