Lots of space, handy microwave and fridge, comfortable beds, lovely to be able to step onto balcony for fresh air. Excellent price for two night stopover travelling through France into Spain by train. Only downside was being asked to take rubbish to garbage area but maybe that was our translation?

Mediocre experience
Most members of staff were pleasant. The kitchenette was locked on arrival, the safe was locked and could not be used. Also, the room telephone did not work and there was no air conditioning. We raised this an issue with reception however this wasn’t resolved.

The hotel is close to the train station which was our main reason for choosing it. It is around a 30 minute walk to the main tourist areas. Our room was clean but the bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable. As we had booked a double room rather than an apartment, the kitchen area was locked behind a cupboard door. Whilst I don’t have a problem with this as such, it was frustrating to hear the refrigerator being on but being unable to use it. The room did not have air conditioning and the controls to lower an external blind must have been in the kitchen area. The very thin curtain that was provided meant the room was very bright when the sun came up.

Clean, comfortable and very quite place to stay.
It was really nice and clean place, bed very comfortable, gym very good and the pool place so lovely. highly recommended.

Very Good and Convenient
Situated near the Gare Part Dieu, in a newish neighbourhood the location is convenient for those arriving by train. Five minute walk from the back entrance of the large part dieu shopping mall. The rooms are clean , convenient with kitchenette, there are clothing washing machines and dryer (for payment) in the communal floor, near the small indoor swimming pool. The front desk service is very friendly and efficient !

Appartment hotel about 5-7 minutes walk from the main Part-Dieu train station. Modern building. Nice sized appartment, although no kitchen. Modern bathroom. Coffee/tea making. Solid internet.

The property is in a good location for walking to the RhoneExpress. Also close to the metro so it was easy to get around Lyon. Nice breakfast and beautiful pool and exercise facility that we didn't use.I'd take my swimming suit next time.

Stayed 5 nights. Liked the: size of the room that comfortably suits 2 person, heated towel rack, the separate shower/toilet, proximity to the gare de lyon part dieu. For the price paid, I would’ve preferred: daily cleaning or clear communication (instead of a notice on the lift wall) that I almost missed from hotel on cleaning (they clean every 8 days only), info on where to throw my rubbish when the bin is full, if room is only cleaned every 8 days at least leave more than 1 soap bar/shampoo bottles in the room or extra bin liners, a soap/shampoo holder in the shower, an ironing board. If I was staying with a friend, they would have to go out of the room when I want to take a shower because it’s a glass shower door.

This apartment hotel was definitely an interesting experience. They said there was a central air system but there was absolutely no air conditioning. We ended up buying a fan at a store because they did not have one for us to borrow. We asked for an extra towel for the pool since there were none in the locker room. They said it would cost an extra 5 Euro so instead we just used extra hand towels from the room. It is close to the train station (which was helpful as we took a few day trips to close towns) but a FAR walk from the city center.

They say AC, but there is none. We stayed on two different trips and it was the same regardless of the room. Actually request a lower floor. The higher the floor the hotter the room. Service from the staff was awesome. We was so helpful!

The set up of the room was very nice. Had a comfortable bed and big balcony. Toilet was open concept so but still have privacy. Only issue we had was with the self-service laundry. Instructions were in french with english version being unclear. we ended up paying twice before we got help. Wi from reception was wonderful - helped us get settled and accommodated to our needs. Major downside was there was no control over the AC. Which was quite uncomfortable for the summer heat. Otherwise it was a really pleasant stay!

Great location near the airport, room was huge compared to our other European hotels, enjoyed the pool, the staff was extremely helpful. Not easy walking to the sites from this location so we used Uber which worked well.

The property was near the train station and the reason we chose it, in addition to good price, good expedia recommendations and the pool. Unfortunately, construction between the train station and the hotel made it difficult to access from the train station, the receptionist was very confused about our reservations, all the information was on paper in folders and he kept getting all the papers confused, he initially gave us keys that didnt open the doors, and we found out the pool was inoperable.There was construction going on outside our window with scaffolding and a courtyard full of construction debris. Not the worst situation ever, but not very pleasant and I was especially looking forward to the pool so that was a disappointment. There was no offer of compensation for all the inconveniences.

hotel was new and clean. The included breakfast was nothing special but was fine for me and pretty much what I expected. Not noisy at all. Didn’t use any of the amenities like fitness area etc so can’t comment on that.

There are better places to stay in Lyon.
Check in and check out are a firm 2pm and 11 am. Not great if you’re arriving from an overnight flight. I chose this gym because it said it had a fitness center and there was a photo of someone jogging on a treadmill in one what seems to be a large fitness room. It is a stock photo. So a lie. The fitness room is small and sad. There is 2 cardio machines and a Smith machine. They is about it. Nothing to get a full workout in. The area is close to the train station but far from the river and old town. There are much better locations in Lyon. I would stay closer to the river or old town. They asked me to take my garbage out of the room when I left? It’s a hotel. Surely that’s included in the price? Lastly, the top 10 floors or so are under construction. There’s your wake up call.

Hôtel avec petite cuisine et accessoires pour cuisiner (appart hôtel), chambre double non fumeur comme demandée, propreté, calme, piscine et salle de fitness très appréciés. Sécurité maximale avec accès ascenseur, escalier, piscine et salle de sport grâce à la carte de la chambre ; petit déjeuner copieux et varié ; personnel souriant, aimable et aux petits soins. Une mention spéciale à la réceptionniste présente à notre arrivée et notre départ, nous reviendrons avec plaisir. La localisation près de la gare part dieu et des transports en commun a été un plus dans notre choix.
