The area around the hotel is pretty ran down. You'll see some homeless around. Being 1 of the biggest cities in the world they're hard to miss. I liked that there where places to get food close by. As I read the other reviews of this hotel ppl were saying it's a shady area. I've been in the worst parts of the US. This was fine.

This place is fine if you need a place to sleep near the airport. The facilities slightly dated and sort of sterile, but the room (and bathroom and shower especially) were really clean. Staff was nice, they seemed sort of overworked and stressed, but the place was pretty busy. The gentleman who drove the airport shuttle was really nice. I felt safe here, though I wasn’t trying to leave the motel, especially at night. The area around the motel isn’t scary or anything, it’s just kinda not very exciting and sort of sketchy-boring. Again, not an issue as it’s not really the kind of area you’re going to explore on foot for sightseeing. Pretty much what you are looking for if you need a crash spot before/after airport travel.

We could not check into the facility. I went to check in and the representatives asked did I have any other guest, I let them know my boyfriend was getting our bags. They said that he too would need to be present with his ID or he would not be allowed into the hotel. After explaining that he lost his ID but he has the paperwork from the dmv to prove he was waiting for a replacement they expressed they couldn’t accommodate us and and that he would not be able to enter the hotel. They explained that they had to cancel our reservation that was already paid in full. Such a disappointment and inconvenience.

Comfortable, decently large rooms with a good bed...after all, sleep is the key. Reasonably quiet, except for the occasional wannabee race car drivers on Century with modified exhaust systems. A couple of food spots within walking distance (walking alone after dark, I don't recommend) and several other places are within a short drive down Century. Pet friendly. It even has a small 25' x 25' dog park with a couple of training "obstacles" and two side by side benches.

One of our party checked in much later than we did. She had difficulty checking in at the desk, despite having proof that she had a reservation with us in our room. If it wasn't for Angel, the security guard, she'd have been in big trouble. He went above and beyond whereas the clerk at the counter was very unhelpful and dismissive. He was busy however.

Well for starters I've had a horrible experience dealing with Experia and this motel 111 in mine you guys just took and kept I did not even get to stay in the motel we left our IDs at home so we had to turn around on our trip to go all the way home to get our IDs so that they'd be valid for our motel room that we paid dollars for registration too that we never got back because we had to turn around cuz we didn't have no ID to check in with and they won't refund me and they won't change my dates to the following Monday so that I could stay there with the money that I gave them already get a week ahead next week I'm going to have my next days off that me and my fiance want to go on our vacation since we have to go all the way back home cuz we forgot our wallets halfway through our drive and we explain this to Xperia and we explain this to motel 6 and they both denied my refund and they both denied to change my dates the worst experience I've ever had one of them
