"The hotel is excellent and we enjoyed our stay very much. There is very little we would say needs to be improved, but we have stayed at other Raddisson Blu resorts such as Playa Mogan and a free standing clothes dryer was available which was ideal for swimwear etc. - the fitted drying rails on the terrace were very limited. Hotel staff were execellent but it would have been nice if the reception bar, which is quiter and we preferred, was open later than 11:00."

"Superb escape for some Easter sun. The only negative is they need to enforce the 1 hour sunbed reservation rule. Too many people take advantage and turn it into a towels-on-sunbed race in the morning, which really spoils the whole experience."

"It is a lovely hotel in a great location but it is starting to get a bit shoddy. Our aircon was very noisy and couldnt cool the room. Staff are frosty. This was my 10th visit to this hotel. No recognition. The spa staff told us we could have a free pass for an initial visit to the indoor pool but when we asked for this at reception, not only did they deny this, they looked at us like we were low life. "We just spent 4 nights at Iberostar. Would highly recommend this hotel, the staff were really friendly, plenty of activities to do for everyone. We went half board and they had a lot of choices (vegetarian/vegan) for both breakfast and dinner. I went with my 6 year old and he really enjoyed the water slides at the hotel. The room was really clean and spacious. We had double partial sea view room. The hotel also has a good location. "
