"We enjoyed our week here. The house was well equipped, including coffee maker, some cooking supplies, cleaning materials etc. It was reasonably clean. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of hot water for a family of four. The covered patio area was very pleasant. The nearby lake and beach are great for swimming and children. "Die Kommunikation vor der Ankunft und die Bemühungen des Vermieters waren toll. Das Haus war den Fotos entsprechend super eingerichtet. Leider gab es auch Mängel: defekte Klimaanlage die auch trotz Nachfrage nicht repariert wurde, defekter Dunstabzug, defekte Belüftung eines Badezimmers und einer Toilette. Bei Ankunft war das Haus besenrein aber gewiss nicht gereinigt. Ansonsten waren die Betten bei Ankunft bezogen und der Schlüssel trotz verfrühter Ankunft (12 Uhr) lag schon bereit. Der Garten...

Nous nous sommes ressourcés au calme, profitez de la piscine en regardant de supers couchers de soleil!! La maison est bien equipee, nous n avons manqué de rien, la literie est tres bonne et c est un endroit ideal pour passe des vacances entre amis ou en famille. C est sur nous reviendrons !!!"

"La force de ce logement est sa localisation, au calme, mais à deux pas de la plage et des commerces, à quelques minutes en voiture de fôrets et de lacs pour ceux qui n'aiment pas le sable et l'eau salée. "We based ourselves at this great Villa in a leafy lane very close to Moliets and its beach. This large villa easily accommodated 7 'hairy legged golfers' and at no point did we ever feel crowded. There is plenty of space both inside and out. The pool and al freco dining area proved to be very popular after our rounds of golf. The villa is fully equipped to allow you to 'dine in' and the BBQ was put to use. There are plenty of local restaurants too. This is an ideal Villa for family and friends...

"We loved our stay in this house. The house is perfect, both inside and out. We are a family of 4 so the house was huge for us. 7 would have fit in without a problem. Each bedroom has good facilities - an ensuite shower room and a good sized wardrobe with adequate space for holiday clothes, including hangers. "Our family have all loved our two weeks in this beautiful house with plenty of space for 7 adults and 3 children. We enjoyed its perfect location with an easy cycle ride to the beautiful sandy beach and to the cycle path through the pine forests. We all made the most of the crystal clear swimming pool and secluded outdoor area. The house is extremely well equipped and very comfortable. We were very happy that we were able to hold our booking over the pandemic and it was definitely worth waiting...

The Villa is modern, very clean and well maintained and is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.
