"We were very impressed with our 4 days at The Zuri Kumarakom. We were surprised to be told that the property is about 25 years old, because it's superb maintenance suggested a much younger age to us. As we rode into the property, we were a bit shocked to see a lot of policemen around. And that turned into panic when they accosted our taxi cab at the hotel porch. "Let me list it&not particularly in that order. 1. Location of the resort is spot on. 2. Ambience in the hotel was calm&serene. 3.hotel staff was curteous&polite. 4. Only fly in the ointment was that the food was expensive&the taste could have been better. 5. Overall would give a 4 star rating out of 5."
