« What an awesome loft in downtown Des Moines. Everything was as we expected. City living and access to tons of restaurants and shopping. Our Host was on point and made sure that we received a 5-Star experience and we did! The dog area on the 6th floor was perfect for our Papillion Loco. »

« This felt like a home away from home, very historic section of Dubuque with great "city" vibes. Just what we were looking for! The tech was awesome, internet was great even during the storm. Updated bathrooms and kitchen were a big bonus. Most comfy and intuitive VRBO we have stayed at in 5 years. »

« The pictures are accurate. All of the emenities of home are here. Just bring clothes and food! There is even welcome mats in front of each door! Bottled water in fridge, snacks on counter and beer glasses on the freezer. Small basket of toiletries in case you forgot something! »

« Stayed in the downtown loft over St Patrick’s weekend and it was perfect. Perfect location and walking distance to everything downtown Des Moines. The host was great and answered any questions we had. Beautiful, accommodating apartment that had all that we needed. We will definitely be back in the future! »

« My best friend from college days and I stayed here. It was a lovely apartment, very minimal in supplies but met our needs. Close to Jordan Creek mall and all the shopping there. There was a pool right outside our door but too cold to swim in April we each had pur own bedroom and bathroom. Very nice and updated. We were also close to Raccoon River Park, a great place to be outside and walk. »

« It was fairly easy to find the house because I recognized it from the photo. It's newer construction and the layout of the bedrooms and living suave is great! There's a separate door to one bathroom and an access from the bedroom with the two beds. There were plenty of towels, body wash, and shampoo,etc. The driveway is a bit tricky because there is a curb in the center of two pea gravel driveways, and it's not lighted. Don't back off the curb like we did. The basement apartment is very cute...

« My husband and I loved our stay at the Drake House. It was a great place to relax and reconnect. We ate at the wonderful coffee house below us and had a fantastic dinner in the city within walking distance. We enjoyed the hot tub and the cozy layout of the place. This is a return visit for us because we like this place:) »

« This is the 2nd time staying at this property. Nice 2br apt that's only a 3min walk to Hoyt Sherman Place located in the Sherman Hill district of Des Moines. There was a problem with one of the beds but they resolved it and moved us to another apts. We will defiantly stay again. »

« We had a great time here! It was as advertised, with very responsive host and management crew. The big screen was awesome, the setup was fun and unique, and the beds were comfortable. We had only one small issue with the bathroom faucet not turning on and it was promptly addressed and fixed. The check-in process to get the FOB and parking takes a little bit of effort, but was smooth, and well instructed. Overall a great experience. »

« This is a perfect little spot to enjoy all that Decorah and the surrounding area has to offer. It was just like home the minute we stepped in. There are stairs to go up to the apartment, from street side and alley side so be prepared for that. The parking spot in the back is an added bonus! »
