Sleeping Spaces: Master bedroom w/ queen bed - 2 people Secondary bedroom w/ queen bed - 2 people Couch - 1 person This is a downtown space and apartment complex and while it\`s not particularly noisy you may hear other tenants or cars outside occasionally. Guests will access the condo using a lockbox located outside of the complex that stores a set of keys and fobs. Please keep track of the keys at all times. Lost keys or fobs will results in a fee of up to $200. Guests can reach out at any time for quick help! We strive for prompt responses and are here to ensure a 5-star stay! Walk everywhere! Between the skywalk system and the amazing location you can walk almost anywhere downtown in 5-10 minutes. Ubers are very accessible from this location with an easy pickup rightout side of the complex. The front door utilize a ring doorbell that records audio and video 24/7 for guests safety and security. This unit is part of a beautifully restored historic building, where all 100+ units feature the original sealed concrete floors. These floors naturally show imperfections, variations, and markings from the building’s history, which are part of the intentional “industrial loft” style of the complex. This design choice gives each space its own distinctive and authentic character. \*\*Pet Policy\*\* Dogs are welcome, but they must be included in your reservation at the time of booking. To add a pet, put the number of pets in the search option next to where you select the number of guests. The pet fee will be automatically applied to your reservation when included this way. Please note, if an unregistered or unpaid pet is brought to the property, the fee will be doubled. \*\* ADDITIONAL FEES \*\* $75 pet fee 1\. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered. 2\. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am. 3\. Super quick walk to get there and very convenient. I would recommend packing food and drinks. There are vending machines but the snack one was empty. My own fault for not planning ahead better. This is a building with several units on multiple floors so a lot of people come and go. And they don’t all appreciate picking up as we ran across spilled food multiple times between the elevators and halls. The building seemed secure.
