« We had a wonderful stay for Mother's Day weekend. we loved the location and the condo had everything we needed. We loved that there were Menu's to the local restaurants. This helped make our decisions for dinner much easier, especially since this was our first time to SSI. We enjoyed this condo so much and plan on coming back next year. »

« While photos of the property were great, they did not do it justice. Truly lovely, very well equipped and comfortable. We had two adult couples and there was plenty of room. »

« Our family of 4 stayed here over Christmas while visiting relatives in the area. Water pressure in the showers could have been stronger, but I imagine that may be a building or island issue, rather than the particular unit. Otherwise, all was great. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We loved that we could take walks on the beach and were close to restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Property for clean, had plenty of towels, way more than we needed. 2 AC units were working good. Property could use some maintenance here and there but overall, everything was in good working condition. The thing that we didn’t like : bathrooms had no locks and so are the bedrooms, and no keyless entry! We had to make sure to get the key from the office and return it there as well , not to mention trying to lose it on the beach. Other than that , great property , would definitely book again ! »

« Place was clean and secure but somewhat dated and tired. The location was great. Close to restaurants, golf courses and village area. You need a car here to get around though. There were zero amenities ie beyond soap and a couple of dishwasher tabs there was nothing , not even a salt shaker so be prepared to bring what you need including toilet paper ( there were 2 rolls for an 11 night stay). Price was reasonable »

« This was our first time in St Simon’s Island and this property worked great for us. Instructions for check in and other access were clear and accurate. Place was clean and comfortable. Proximity to town and beach was convenient. Owner communicated well and very responsive Overall a great stay »
