This cozy 1 bedroom condominium has many upgrades. You will enjoy the south-island location close to many shops and restaurants. You can easily walk to Neptune Park, the pier, shops, and excellent restaurants. There is usually a place playing live music on weekends! The master has a King size bed and the living room has a brand new sleeper sofa. The unit comes with new furnishings and reliable wifi. Access to tennis courts, 2 pools (1 heated), laundry facilities (coin operated), ping pong, fitness center, playground, private socked lake, and includes USAGE OF 2 BIKES (Beach Cruisers.) for an additional fee.

*12pm EST check out: $20
*Usage of 2 Bike during your entire trip: $20
*Change your reservation dates: $20 (This is at the discretion of the owners and is not guaranteed).

NO PETS or ANIMALS - Due to allergies, we have a strict no pet or animal policy. Any guests agree when booking this property that in the event of an animal entering the property, the guests will immediately be required to vacate, the remainder of their trip will be cancelled without any refund provided. Additionally, guests agree when booking this property that he/she will pay a pet (or animal) fee of $200 per pet (or animal) per day.

Great escape
This was our first time in St Simon’s Island and this property worked great for us. Instructions for check in and other access were clear and accurate. Place was clean and comfortable. Proximity to town and beach was convenient. Owner communicated well and very responsive Overall a great stay

I expect to get what I paid for. We did not pay any sort of a discounted rate. We paid going rate for a one bedroom condo. This is a bare bones condo. Minimal kitchen amenities. No screen door on the balcony door wall, had to ask for one. No updates at all to this condo.Old flooring, old cupboards, old balcony door wall. Tile and tub in bathroom were spray painted with some sort of finish that dripped to cover who knows what! Living room furniture was very dirty. We had to cover it with a sheet to sit on it. Towels were threadbare and owner made an issue of saying he would charge extra if makeup found on linens. Had to ask owner to provide dishes for microwave safe or oven cooking. One dish towel provided. Paint trim chipped and wall paint was in horrible shape. Mostly touch ups over drywall repair. Very dark and dingy space.

Enjoyed my weekend stay
Booking, check in and location were all good. Condo was easy to find and everything was in order when I arrived. Kitchen had everything I needed, TV was easy to navigate, and overall a very comfortable place to spend the weekend. Location was near the pier shops. The best way to see the Island is by bike. I would recommend and stay at this condo again. The owner Dave was on top with communication.

Perfect Location
We will definitely stay here again. The host is thorough and very responsive and wants guests to enjoy their stay. The two-story condo complex is beautiful with a small lake, and lots of green space. It’s a short walk, bike or drive to the pier and a sprawling park with ancient live oaks, benches, walking and biking paths and a really cool playground. There’s also pickle ball and tennis courts and dog parks nearby. The entire area has wonderful beaches, many parks, historical museums, and great places to eat and fish.

Stayed Again A Weed Later
We were traveling from Western NC to visit relatives in FL and stayed here on the way down. The host, location, the entire experience was so wonderful we decided to book it again a little over a week later on our way back home. St. Simons and the Beach Walk stay are hidden gems.

Location, location, location
This was a great spot…walkable (less than a mile) to beach and to “town”. We enjoyed renting the bikes to explore. My only nit pick is that the towels are really skimpy and there isn’t much shampoo/soap you should plan to bring your own. Also I wish there had been beach towels (it was cold when we were there, so maybe in warmer weather they include them). It’s good for one or two people, but even though it sleeps 4, there would not be a lot of space. Nice place.
