"I was really surprised how clean and nice this hotel is. I do love the fact you can walk-around and there are food stands in the alleyway next to the hotel. My only complaint is that it isn't a walkable distant to Ayala mall. The distance to the mall isn't far - its the safety. You have to cross 3 very busy roads and it is not safe. Dont take the risk and take a cab."

"I like the location and the staff and that they go about their functions in a orderly manner. The room was nice. But could do with a bit of sprucing up. A moveable table would do good. The bathroom lighting leaves a lot to be desired for shaving as it is quite dim. And, I did face a lot of problems with WiFi connectivity; which I wish that the owners would look into. All-in-all, I will definitely visit the place again, when I am in Cebu next."

"Ok as far as ok needs to be. Dark rooms, no table and chairs, water heater needed repair. I would say the place has deteriorated in the 13 years since I was there last."
