"Main pool needs to be cleaned, very dirty, hair, things floating in it and the sides of it very dirty. The beach front is not for swimming. It is rocky, shallow, dead coral, and lots of garbage floating in it. It is about a 45 min walk or 20 min grab to get to a nice beach. Garden pool is great. The entire garden area is much nicer. "
"The best resort in Phu Quoc.
We are going to make another reservation for this winter. That's how much we enjoyed it.
A fun and unique concept with excellent maintenance, service, food & beverage.
The location was also important for me. Personally, I prefer An Thoi area to Long Beach.
Thank you to Manager Phoung who took good care of us, and Instructor Ha for a wonderful yoga experience by the beach during sunrise."

"The building area (lobby, pool area, …) is outdated. Our room with garden view is clean, spacious but outdated. No chair service at the beach.
The restaurant for breakfast is very busy and noisy with Korean guests. The food at breakfast is only 2* and is not fresh, not comparable with other 5* resort. Coffee is terrible!
In overall we rate the outdated Intercontinental resort in Phu Quoc as 4*- or 3*+, but does not by far deserve 5*.
The staff (front desk, room service) is very helpful though."
"Beautiful property. Excellent service. Food is great. Pool is awesome. Rooms are huge. The only issue is it is up a big hill and taxis are hard to get "
