María was very nice. The rest of the staff needs a little more class in attitude. When I checked out , there were two at the desk and they both looked like I had interrupted their morning gossip. I asked a question abt that I wanted to cash pay and I was told the card had already been charged. I have never been told that at other hotels/ motels. They always accommodated my way of pay. That irked me, but I left it alone. Also, Rick was very nice when I caked in. Asked me to let him know if I needed anything else.

Upon arrival, I asked the reception desk clerk for a quiet room, as I was very tired and needed to rest. She gave me a very noisy room on the 3rd floor, facing the busy I-10 highway. Needless to say, I had a restless night due to the constant noise. Very poor customer service.
