The hotel did not provide housekeeping nor towels. We had a room next to a group of teens so it was very much loud. Dirty linen and the room smell like feet and mold. We were showed a room next to it and it smelled even worse. We could not get our money back so we stayed one night out of two and left 2:30am the next morning smh. Would not recommend!!!!!!!!!!

It was dirty, run down and the door seemed unsafe in any situation. The morning breakfast was possibly better than nothing but on our second day we chose nothing would be better. But the cherry on top is how the staff was. The night desk gentleman was condescending and did not want to be bothered when I told him my keys didn’t work. Then in the morning he was put out when I asked for a receipt. If I’m too much bother to stay in your dirty hotel then I will kindly never stay there again.

Keesha was working the evening we checked in. She was very nice and helpful, and went above and beyond, letting us know how the shuttle worked, local attractions, and making us feel very welcome. She is a wonderful woman, and a great employee!

The woman who checked us in, Pebbles, was very friendly and helpful. The room itself is very tight. You can barely get between the bed and the shelf that holds the fridge and TV. But the price was right and the area is easy to travel to and from.

Tv did not work, walkway between bed and dresser was almot non existant. There was a loud yelling match between a couple people at 4am, but cant really fault the hotel itself. Overall, not impressed, but was available last minute.

The rooms were nice, nothing fancy, but clean. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. The only issue I had was weak internet signal strength, but that is a small gripe, they should get more APs.

Not worth the money. Roof was leaking, toilet water ran all night, heater was loud and basically ran all night.

Good for one on a budget. Don't expect comfort. There were all sorts of things wrong with this hotel. However, I did not notice any major problems. I was looking for an affordable hotel, and this was perfect. On a side note, there is a restaurant connected to the hotel. I believe it is called clique. I don't think its a part of the hotel... I don't recommend this restaurant because the service is horrible.

The location on East Jefferson is not what I would call family friendly. It's a wide busy street on the fringes of downtown Detroit. What it has going for it is location location location. If you like to see live music, comedy, sporting events, eat from a very wide variety of good restaurants it's all a walking distance away at one of the most affordable rates in the city. They even have a downtown shuttle service if you don't want to walk. Parking is included. No one messed with my car. They seem to have decent security there. The rooms themselves are basic but clean with decent washrooms and comfortable beds and the area was surprisingly quiet for sleeping. I'll be back there for my next live music fix. Nothing beats a live music event in Detroit!

I was here for 1 night and the property was adequate. The room I first checked into did not have hot water and I was immediately moved to another room with access to hot water. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked. Will consider booking again.
