"The property is brand new. It is very well built. The rooms are large and have all the essentials one would need. The internet is very fast. There is nice pool in the middle of the hotel which is good for laps and relaxation. There is also a shuttle to the beach as well. There is an onsite restaurant. "I had a few days in Cebu following vacation before working for a week and this was a good location. You are attached to a mall with various food options, a massage spa, and a movie theater. This was nice considering how hot it was outside. The room was nice although more seating would have been good as well as hand towels. "If you like off the beaten path, this is a good choice. For the most part, staff was understanding and very helpful. Getting in and out of the resort area requires going through a gate and guard. Getting to villa umi requires a walk down the beach, but the staff comes out in force to help with bags. Meals were a little slow but worth the wait. Very clean and staff was very attentive."

"My stay here was exceptional and the staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. The meals were excellent, and eating a free breakfast while overlooking the ocean was a great start to my mornings. I forgot to pack an adaptor for my phone, but the staff was quick to loan me one. Lastly, not going to lie, I also fell in love here…with one of the cats roaming the property. Strong recommend!"
