"Parking at the hotel is away from the Reception up a steep hill, not accessible to the hotel from the parking location - you need to walk down the hill to get to Reception. We arrived at 1:30pm, and informed that check in was at 3pm. They held our luggage and we were told we could come back in one hour. We actually came back at 2:55pm assuming our room was ready. "This Hotel was the only hotel in this area and I can say it was a very pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were large and clean. No real restaurants in this area either so i ate in the Hotel and even though there was limited choice, it was all very tasty."

"First thing first - this property cannot be the right one if visitor doesn't rent a car. You can come on a public transportation pretty close. It's where the cave bath. From there to get to the property you need to clime 500 metras in up hill. There's no groccery stores, no cafe or restaurants. I was told that tap water is drinkable.. other than that I it's like a well kept , all clean rooms. I, and there's no shampoo. You clime up, got into property, want to wash hair? "Nicely situated just outside the town of Eger about 2 hours out of Budapest. But poor quality staffing meant that corridors to rooms were never cleaned (Same piles of dust on the stairs throughout 4 days). Tiny bath towels. No clean towels or bath mats provided at all. No spare toilet rolls....1 per room. Four shower cap boxes in bathroom but only one contained a shower cap!...the rest were empty. Soap only available from a dispenser. Requests for room service or poolside service for sandwiches...
