"Beautiful setting and very nice accommodations. Most staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant menus were way too exotic for our tastes. After trying both restaurants, we avoided them except for simple breakfast. Ground transportation was a very expensive problem. The resort arranged taxis (nothing else) but essentially dumped the problem on guests. "

"We loved our stay despite other bad reviews about the construction going on, on property. We went with all inclusive and the food, staff, views and pool/beach were all amazing. Cave swimming was a great surprise and the spa was unique. Updated hotel room with balcony and new and beautiful restaurant opened a few days before we arrived. We will definitely return "

From a clogged toilet off the dining room, old air-conditioning units that are not effective, not being provided with a bath towel, and one day during my stay there was no drinking water available from the water cooler.
