The room in the hotel was really nice. Lots of room and loved that you could open a window. Liked the decor. 5 minute walk to train station which was so handy, only 10 min walk to Tivoli and shops.

As is typical of Danish hotels, this hotel goes out of its way not to clean the rooms. The room also had zero amenities and I mean zero in the “superior” room. There was also no bath. I paid for the parking and got a ticket from the city anyway. Try another place .

I was given a room at rear of hotel and the noise through the night was not acceptable, also hairs from another on floor. Reception were less than helpful and check in took ages.

It's a clean hotel at a great location however the customer service is appalling. We had a small personal parcel sent to this hotel, clearly addressed "for the customer xxx checking in on 04 April" on the package, however the hotel ruthlessly rejected it, saying "we don't provide post office service". We simply needed an address to receive it when we were travelling on holiday, and checking in & out every day. This doesn't require a function as post office, this has NOTHING to do with post office service. All they had to do was to receive and store it for about a week, as simple as that. But this hotel is exceptionally cold and indifferent, they rejected the parcel, knowing it costs them NOTHING to have kept this small item for a few days, now we have lost it forever. We have travelled to 68 countries together and have never seen any hotel as such, it puts a really dirty stain onto a wonderful and beautiful country called Denmark, it's just disappointing and disgusting. Lucky this is the last stop for our trip in Scandinavia, otherwise this unpleasant experience would have muddled up our entire holiday.

Comfort suites was amazing! The staff was friendly, the rooms and inside were clean and trendy and the free breakfast was legit. Honestly, it was the best breakfast we’ve had at a hotel. Our only issue was that whenever we showered all the water poured out from the bottom of the glass and the floor would be soaked. Perfect scores otherwise! We would stay again. Thank you :)

I think I couldn’t have booked a better place for our weekend in Copenhagen . The hotel is like a 5min walk from the main train station, but in a quiet neighborhood. Hotel is Great with a huge breakfast buffet! Best place to stay for a weekend in Copenhagen

Would recommend
Would recommend and I would stay here again. Pros: close to main train station, modern, good breakfast, fantastic brand new gym, quiet, good wifi, comfy bed and nice sheets. Cons: lady checking me in could’ve explained some things to me, she just handed me the key after check-in. Also when in a double room, you get 2 single beds pushed together, not major but fyi.

I booked a moderate room double for me and my daughter. The room was ok size was small which I am ok with but it did not even have a chair or stool to sit on the only place to sit is the bed!!

Rooms are clean, but quite empty but you can find everything down by reception/lounge area. Its about 20 minutes walk to the centre but there are a few restaurants near by and Lidi just 2 minutes away

Excellent central location
The hotel is in an excellent location, about 5 minutes from the main railway station, close to the Metro, Tivoli Gardens and the Meatpacking District. Check in was hassle free and the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options and well presented. A great option to consider and well located if you’re visiting Copenhagen

Wasn’t sure what to expect given the mixed reviews found on here. We arrived and was greeted by a friendly member of staff, breakfast time was arranged, room info given. Our room was clean, nice decor, comfy beds and modern. Location was excellent, close to train stain and tivoli, which we visited as soon as we got off the train, then return on the evening. Copenhagen has been a wonderful place to visit, just myself and my teen daughter but we have felt safe and happy throughout our visit.

Great location!
Great and easy location. Lovely and spacious room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was quite uncomfortable and pillows not great. But that’s the only down side.

Perfect location for exploring the centre of Copenhagen, just a 5 minute walk to the central station. The room was small but very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was amazing and well worth the extra fee! All the staff were lovely and very helpful. Definitely recommended!
