The stadium is near the hotel. That’s it. Most everything is a walk or a short drive away. Doesn’t detract from how the hotel is, though.

My room had crumbs left on the desk top and the pillows were lumpy and cheap-feeling... not like any other Hilton property I've stayed in. The property could use refreshing. The lady at the front desk was carrying on a personal conversation thru her earbuds while checking me out and continued it the entire time! Not impressed by this Hilton location at all... The silver lining is that it was very close to Progressive Stadium.

Our room had crack in the wall, all surfaces ( tv stand, night table etc ) had scratches and what looked like grimy finger prints, overall the hotel room was not in good shape. The beds were clean and comfortable. Service was adequate. I would not stay at this property again.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. There was a problem with parking as my car was smashed. The staff did what they could to accommodate. Just be careful with parking

We were moved from our original room due to the tv not working. The new room had mold growing throughout the entire room. Mushrooms were growing out of the carpet. The entire night was extremely noisy with people fighting and smoking in the hallways.

Convenience to Progressive Field and around town. Liked the restaurant in the hotel and their staff. Didn’t like the fact that you had to pay $18 pp for the breakfast buffet that you would normally get for free at other Hilton chains.

There was blood in our bathroom, and the towels looked like they had been used. Parking is $22 a day as well. The whole place smelt like marijuana and the pool area was not inviting at all.

This was not the best hotel and I will not be staying here again. The water in the shower was luke warm at best. There was also no working fan in the bathroom. The pillows were so uncomfortable I woke up with a stiff neck the next day.

Prepare for chaos.
We arrived at the hotel at 7pm and were told our room wasn’t available yet. Check in time was 3pm and no one notified us of any kind of delay. We didn’t get cards for our room until around 7:30pm. Insanely frustrating after coming from out of state. The room had 2 towels for 4 people and we found an Oreo on our floor. Needless to say we did not bring Oreos.

Lobby was nice but when we got in the elevator the floor was very dirty and then when we got off the elevator the hallway floor needed swept. The room was dated and was a bit dirty.

Great Place To Stay
Staff was very nice. Everything was clean. Love that the hotel was pet friendly. I’m keeping that in mind should I need to bring my dogs on a trip.

Absolutely love the city view, rooms were pretty clean and nice, thing I didn’t like was how filthy the hot tub was. It should be cleaned at least one to two times a day. But overall great custom service, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
