A little noisy as there is a fire station across the street and a bar close by. Staff do their best but woke up both nights to loud rap music around 4 am. Otherwise wonderful stay and trip

Great hotel. Our sofa bed was broken and it was late, so we didn’t call the front desk. We just wanted to get to bed.

The Hyatt was very clean, well maintained, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was also great with many options. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Chicago!

The staff was wonderful. Property was clean. However, reached out via messenger prior to visit about how this was my bday and first time in Chicago-we had a 2nd flr room w/literally no view (back alley) and the sheets were so pilled up it was like sleeping on sand paper. Worst sleep ever in years.

We really enjoyed our 5 nights at this hotel. We srayed on the 12 floor and had a very nice vuew if the Willis tower. The staff were very helpful and made some great recommions. Hous clraning did an excellent jov every day. The breakfast was really complete and tasty. When we return to Cjicago, we will stay here.

When i lifted the sheets there was dried blood stains on the bed sheets. Meaning the cleaning staff did not change the sheet from the previous group staying. When complained about the bed we did get new sheets for the bed immediately.

The room was great! I enjoyed the view and the amenities were great. I enjoyed the free breakfast each morning. The hotel was only a short walk to the subway which I used every day. The staff was friendly and I enjoyed chatting with them. I would recommend staying there!

Hotel was clean, staff was helpful, and the location was good. The facilities felt a little dated--relatively few amenities to recharge electronics, the bathroom was a bit tired, and the like. A reasonably good value.

Everything was great. Friendly staff, great rooms, tasty breakfast options, two gyms, lots of food options, and there’s a mall near by. Definitely staying here again next time I’m in Chicago.

I will definitely be back here again. This was our first time in Chicago. This hotel is incredible! Breakfast was above and beyond my expectations, staff was super friendly. Rooms were clean, and well maintained. We stayed on the 11th floor and heard mild sounds of the fire trucks. We were worried it would be loud being in the city, but it was surprisingly not at all. Great location to everything, including the L train. The only negative would be how expensive parking is. Valet is the only way to go since public parking is 3 blocks or more away

Hotel staff was fantastic! Only complaint is that the hotel is located directly across the street from a fire station so it’s very loud all night. Walkable area, central to everything and they were able to accommodate early check in before 10am and hold my bags on the day of check out . Would definitely stay again

Front desk staff was generally surly and unhelpful. I got a text before arrival which I replied to asking about a king room with a city view, which they said was available. I said I'd love to have it and asked a question about a sofa bed. I never got a reply and they didn't give me the room they said they had. When we asked about it, the girl at check in couldn't have cared less. I will say the ladies at breakfast were all very nice and attentive and did a great job. But that didn't make up for the poor texting and the even worse front desk staff.

It was located near shopping and restaurants but not overly loud on the street The hotel was clean, breakfast was good The room was spacious but there were a few things that were loud like the doors and the heavy glass pocket doors on the bathroom Having the white noise machine was good

This is a great hotel. Nice breakfast and staff super friendly, specially Maria during breakfast time she was always smiling and asking what she could do for us. The bedroom is really big so it’s comfortable to have that much space. My only negative thing about to say is that the mattress was old so it wasn’t completely flat or confortable Besides that I’ll definitely stay here again.

Room was spacious and clean. Location in River North area is ideal for access to transportation with lots of dining within a few blocks. Hotel is across street from a fire station with occasional sirens as fire trucks or ambulances left.

In general the hotel is correct. The only thing I didn't like is that they charged us 15 dollars to leave our bags before checking in.

Area was great - room was okay- what was really annoying was a family of 5 with three tiny kids, both days we came back to our hotel room after a long stretch of walking and exploring - the first time our carpets were being steam cleaned and when we came back our room was not excessible for 30 min so that put us late for our next reservations and our last time after coming back to our room exhausted hoping to pee and be on our way/ our room keys would not work and ended up waiting another 20 min for access into our room again! Personally while travelling I don’t spend a whole lot of time in our hotel room but we def need it when we need it and I have never had that happen before where the room I paid for is not available and has all my stuff inside..

We loved staying here. It was so close to everything we wanted to do and see. The sound machine in the room was nice to drown out the noises. Our kids absolutely LOVED the fire station across the street and watching the trucks come out and pull back in!
