We got a complimentary upgrade upon arrival and the concierge helped us from booking activities to buying ferry tickets. The whole staff was extremely helpful and kind. "It’s definitely a bit of a trek from the bus/taxi drop off and not for the faint of heart, but the property will pick you up and drop you off when requested. Busses are a little unreliable and taxis are a little pricey, but plan for extra time if you can and use the bus unless you have a lot of luggage. Luigi and Anastasia are great hosts.
