"Very happy with our stay here. The owner communication was great. The master bedroom is a nice size with a king size bed I believe. The two single beds upstairs are more suitable for children as they are shorter. Upstairs is a very nice area as there is another tv and another bathroom. Plus we used the fold down couch in the living room as my husband seems sto snore on vacation.lol. We had great weather for our 4 nights. We enjoyed walking to mini golf and having an ice cream. Only 5 min or less...

"The Guest House was perfect and just what we needed on a recent trip to Sproat Lake to visit family. It is large and spacious with a very well equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and comfortable beds. The gas fireplace in the living room was great for the cool evenings, and we enjoyed dinner on the large deck overlooking the lake. The location on the lake is beautiful - clear water, great for kids and swimmers - with stunning views even from the bedrooms in the rental unit. Janis and Martin...

Well appointed, clean unit with all the amenities your require along with a BBQ, Keurig coffee machine and a regular coffee maker AND an air fryer. Linens and towels were good quality and plenty. We have stayed in numerous VRBO properties over the years and this was the nicest we have stayed at. Highly recommended….although we may not be able to get a booking now that I mention this.
