"Booked last minute for an overnight in Biarritz and it was excellent All staff were amazing, the outdoor bar is a lovely setting, our room was brand new, bed was super comfy & shower was excellent. Also in a perfect location, right in the centre of town without being noisy. Couldn’t fault it in any way and will definitely return!"

Downstairs in the hotel is beautiful, the rooms aren’t bad but not the same level of refurbishment, some quirks like not enough plug sockets so the coffee machine only works with the lights on. "We only stayed for 1 night & only booked it the day before travel. The photos do not do the accommodation justice!! it was fantastic..... The hosts are exceptionally helpful and very profesional. The breakfast was excellent. The only issue was the distance on the host website to the centre was much further away than quoted. it is a steady 15 mins there & over 20 return, however the owners did make this clear when we arrived, we managed it easily, but others may not find it as easy if they are...
