« We did have a few little issues but communication was very quick to respond. I suggest they get a new cleaning crew. The frig was missed and it was noticeable that something had spilled inside the frig. The house is as listed. The linens where clean and ample towels where provided. We would stay here again. »

« I honestly reqllymliked the house, it was clean, but the toilet could have been cleaner. A new sponge for the dishes would not go amiss either. I did wonder what happend to the shower hand held part, but other that that it was nice. I will be back. »

« It is a nice area to walk in. It is a good neighborhood. The house met all our needs. The owner puts a few things in the fridge for the guests. The only slight downfall is how close it is to a set of railroad tracks. The owner provides a devices that can make a variety of different noices such as crickets or rain to drown out the train noise. My wife loved the rain sound and plans on getting one for home. »

« This was a nice rental for our family trip to Detroit. It had all the things we needed-full kitchen with dishes, laundry, bathrooms as well as central air (we stayed in June 2023). It’s a historic house, so it has a different feel than a modern house, but it had all the amenities that were needed. The only thing that could be somewhat of an issue is the iron railings on the stairs for little ones or the elderly. « We were there for UofM graduation and this house was a great place to stay without being in Ann Arbor. There was plenty of room for all of us. My only complaint is that the house seems to be in process of getting some improvements that are much needed. Things like paint, fixtures, some small holes in the walls were definitely due to be fixed or replaced. It was clean overall. »

« This was the most immaculate stay!! Everything was clean, everything was usable, and there were so many extras! I’ve never had a rental fully load me up with snacks, beverages, even a bottle of wine! There was a small surprise to take home, every place to hang out was comfortable and equipped with anything you’d ever think of needing. This place was well worth the cost considering the extras and the location. Thank you for sharing your space! »
