Stay was average. Staff very good. Amenities average. 15min walk to town centre, but local bus service good. Chili’s bar and dinner good.

The front desk person who helped check us in and out was knowlegeable and friendly. Travelling with a 5 year old, we especially enjoyed the hot tub. It was unique and spacious. We enjoyed our room layout as the bedroom was separate(down a set of stairs) from the living area. It is dated and could use some TLC.

Really liked our room with the beds downstairs and the sitting area upstairs. We would suggest a fan in the bathroom, if there was one, it didn’t work.

Loved it! Thankyou The grotto was the best thing about your hotel. Also appreciated the privacy of the balcony. All in all 10 out of 10 Could use alittle updating.. painting refresh but overall, clean, bug free, close to downtown and reasonably priced

Room was small and so was the bed. We are small people and it was tight. There was hair in the dresser drawer and on the mattress. It did not give us a good feeling

Property very noisy. We reserved a queen bed and got a double. No a/c and the fan in the room didn’t work. Ask for a replacement and was told there wasn’t any available. Second night got a replacement fan but it wasn’t effective in cooling the room. Bed was uncomfortable

The room could use an upgrade or reno. Not the most comfortable room I have been in. Well priced however. Parking was excellent. The elevator was very slow (took forever to arrive). I didn't like the only window looking out onto the walkway. I felt I was on display if I opened the blinds.

I love the layout of the room. Very convenient place to stay after a long hours of drive before heading home. We went there to celebrate as well our 10th year anniversary. A little bit disappointed when I told the hotel few days before we check in that we are celebrating our anniversary and they said "will do our best to make your stay extra especial" but seems liked an ordinary stay. But overall it was a good stay.

We would stay here again for sure. The hot pool makes it. The staff were also super friendly. Rooms were kind of small but not a deal breaker at all. Beds were comfy! Tvs could use an upgrade but they do the trick! Thanks for a great experience!

Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. Room was comfortable and clean. Balcony facing the mountain was nice. The hot pool was lovely. Underground parking available but not a lot of spaces available.
