Was a decent hotel to stay overnight. Had hot water but the shower towels were tattered and the bed was two beds pushed together. Was in a good spot for getting around.

Good size room, love the buffet breakfast which has a good variety and changes daily. Staff are courteous and helpful. Convenient location

If the reception staff can be little bit more friendly, it would be perfect!

Worth the visit due to location and new building and new furniture

What a fantastic hotel! Upon arrival, they took our bags and rather than queueing they led us to a seat, gave us cold water and a cold compress. We stayed on the 58th floor and we Paid for for the lounge access which I think is well worth it. Rooms were spacious, had a seperate lounge area, huge bathroom with a bath and shower. Balcony with a view of the river. Breakfast was the best I have ever had. Everything you can imagine. Indian, Thai, Italian, fry up, Japanese. Different cuts of bread,cheese, meats, sushi. Different stations where people made fresh eggs, fry ups, papaya salad etc. The lounge itself had a nice viewpoint, you can have free snacks and drinks untill 6pm (beer,wine,spirits,4 cocktails and soft drinks). Service was impeccable.
