"The hotel has everything for kids and restaurants are nearby in abundance. The sea at the time we were there (April) wasn’t super Thailand like clean. Found it strange that the hotel bar was empty and not showing any sports on the tv. It needs an update and you could see signs of it having been empty during Covid. Staff were friendly, apart from when we asked for sports coverage in the then empty bar for the kids to watch. "

"The front desk, bell boys and housekeepers were professional, kind, and helpful. The hotel room is clean, and well-equipped. Bed is comfortable and there is a pillow menu too. The balcony faces Sands Macau and it's got great view. We had an afternoon tea set at Café Bela Vista, Artyzen Macau and we were unfortunately left underwhelmed. "On the beach and beautiful property. Staff is great. Dining and food options at the hotel were ok. They can't deviate from the menu at all. We ordered a BLT ricotta pizza and asked if they could add olives and they would not do it. Not an option to pay more for it. They had a banana shake and a strawberry shake on the menu, but they will not do a strawberry banana shake. Kind of weird."
