"We very much enjoyed our stay in this Annecy apartment. It is comfortable and cozy. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the bathroom is large with a nice shower and 2 sinks. We were grateful for the working lift and we found parking in the underground garage a block away that was reasonably priced. The location was perfect. "The apartment was just as it was pictured in the listing but also had a wonderful cozyness and ambiance that made our time there very enjoyable. We loved all the windows and especially the light and fresh air when we opened the shutters in the morning. The kitchen was good to work in and I made two delicious dinners (I like to cook!) for Tom and myself. Just a few comments: We weren’t given any extra garbage bags so that was a problem. "Positioned just below the château with stunning views over Annecy. Less than 5 minutes walk to Lake Annecy Steep walk up to hotel if on foot but car parking available. Felt very authentic and homely with the family cat and dog wondering around. Kettle in room but no coffee or milk available and the hot water in shower was a bit temperamental. "

"This property was in a pefect location to explore the old town area of Annecy with lots dining and shops to visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in. "
