"We loved this house. It is a steep walk up from the life of old town so you are right there but somehow feel away from it when you enter the property. The house is over 100 years old and has been in Corinne's family for generations. You can tell it is loved. It was modernized recently so you have a historic home with modern touches. "The apartment was just as it was pictured in the listing but also had a wonderful cozyness and ambiance that made our time there very enjoyable. We loved all the windows and especially the light and fresh air when we opened the shutters in the morning. The kitchen was good to work in and I made two delicious dinners (I like to cook!) for Tom and myself. Just a few comments: We weren’t given any extra garbage bags so that was a problem. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall.
