"Overall had a good time. We enjoyed the nice large garden with lots of places to hang out, lots of shade. Friendly and welcoming people, texted/emailed before getting there to pick us from ferry if we need it, gave an overview of the island and recommendations about attractions and restaurants and welcomed with a bottle of olive oil. When we got there, one of the owners tried to convince us that he can cancel Expedia bookings by saying that we did not arrive, so that he will pay less and make us a discount of 2.5-5%. We refused! Not professional. The overall hotel condition inside is not good, furthermore the staff was not quite friendly - always accusing us of something, for example that the 6years kid is talking too loud at 11am. "So much stuff missing from the villa that was advertised that we couldn’t have a comfortable stay. No TVs in bedrooms as advertised (not an issue for most, I know. But one of our party has trouble sleeping so we booked specifically for this reason). No plugs in any of the baths, kitchen appliances and microwave didn’t work. Couldn’t cook a meal for our family as there were no utensils and only one pan. Wires hanging out of all the walls. WiFi didn’t work. The hot water only lasted long enough...

"We were given a room that smelled like sewage and had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. Make staff were so incredibly rude, shockingly patriarchal, self righteous and unhelpful we had to leave for a better hotel and environment. The only acceptable thing about this hotel is the hotel manager who is a professional lady who agreed to refund the money for two out of three nights we were supposed to spend at the hotel. Everything else is utterly below standard, dirty to the point of making you physically sick, and to be avoided at all costs. "
