Two main issues...
First, the room did not looknlikevthenpictutes. In other hotel ads two twins we’re together to make a double. In the Apartment there were two twins on opposite sides of the room. This was the first time my husband and I have slept apart in 30 years:/. Second, The door keypad was very finicky and tough to get in until we got the hang of it. Then in the morning husband had left the Apartment and when he started to come back in, mid keypad entering, I opened the door from the inside and the alarm went off and wouldn’t stop so I emailed the management company but didn’t hear back. Eventually we pressed enough buttons that it quit alarming g. (45 minutes of alarm later). In the meantime someone down the hall had the same thing happen. Basically, with no on-site management it was much more complicated.
