1.no mention that we have to park off street and take more than 30 steps up to reach the reception and further more 30 steps to reach the room. 2.no help at all in moving the luggage to the room in spite that the hotel has QUAD BIKE but the staff refused to use the quad bike. 3.breakfast is below standards.

Bizarre place. New hotel. Obviously a lot of money was spent to build it and it is lovely. However lots of problems. Attitude of the staff was awful. Surprisingly poor hospitality, particularly for Greece. The response to suggestions was "whatever" and to requests was "no, can't do that". Supposedly a four-star hotel but no water in the room. Restaurant was just bare tables. Service practically non-existent. Food poor yet expensive. Would not recommend unless they get managers that care about their guests.
